Add Our Address to Your Email Safe Senders List, Address Book or Contact List.

Managing your “Safe Senders” list is the best way to ensure important emails don’t end up in your spam folder. Since most modern email providers use different terminology—like “Filters” or “Rules”—here is how to do it for the most popular services.

To avoid these situations, add our email addresses to your Safe Senders List.

Gmail doesn’t have a button labeled “Safe Senders.” Instead, you create
a filter to bypass the spam algorithm.

settings.
2. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
3. Click Create a new filter.
4. In the From field, type the email address or domain (e.g.,
@company.com) you want to whitelist.
5. Click Create filter.
6. Check the box for Never send it to Spam.
7. Click Create filter again to save.

Outlook (Web & Desktop)

Microsoft uses a dedicated “Safe Senders and Domains” list.

1. Web: Click the Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk email.
2. Desktop: Go to the Home tab, click Junk > Junk Email Options.

Yahoo Mail

Yahoo relies on “Filters” to ensure specific emails always reach the
inbox.

2. Click Filters in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Add new filters.

email address.
6. Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox.
7. Click Save.

Apple Mail (Mac)

Apple Mail uses “Rules” to manage trusted senders.

Rules.
2. Click Add Rule.

Quick Tip for All Providers

If you already have an email from the sender in your Spam/Junk folder,
simply opening it and clicking “Not Spam” or “Report as Not Junk” is the
fastest way to “train” your inbox to trust that sender in the future.
